A mild drama took place at Wema Bank in the Ilorin, Kwara State yesterday as customer vowed not to leave the banking hall except the debit to his account without payment reversed.
The customer who stormed the customer care service unit of the bank was seen ranting that N5,000 was debited from his account on Monday whereas the transaction failed.
According to him, ” I thought I will receive alert reversing the transaction after 24hours but until now I am yet to get it. Now they are still telling me to calm down that it is network. I won’t leave here until I cash the money.”
When it seemed as if the customer would cause bigger scene, senior officials of the bank immediately invited him in order to resolve the issue.
