Customers of Zenith Bank on Wednesday lamented poor network for online transaction.
Pilot Business sighted a customer at the Customer Care Unit of the Unity Branch complaining bitterly that the recipient of the money he transferred was yet to get it two days after the transaction was made.
The customer demanded a refund over the counter, insisting that he would not leave the banking hall until the problem is resolved.
Another customer was also seen complaining that the bank’s ATM debited his account without dispensing cash. A staff was later seen giving the complainants forms to fill.
