Kwara PDP PRO, Ashaolu laid to rest amidst tears at Odo-Owa

Family and friends gathered at Odo-Owa in Oke-Ero local government area of Kwara state as the late spokesperson of Kwara state chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Tunde Ashaolu is finally buried.
The burial program commenced at Saint Paul Anglican Church, where the funeral Service was held. The church was full to capacity.

The service was officiated by Ven.Mathew Adeoti of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Odo-Owa Archdeaconry, Diocese of Ekiti-Kwara, who noted in his sermon that although Ashaolu died early, he had lived a fulfilled and exemplary life worthy of emulation.
He stressed that Tunde’s death is a lesson to all to remain steadfast and rededicate themselves to God ,saying that death is certain for all human being. He however prayed to God to grant the youths long lives.
The cleric also hailed the immediate past Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki for his unwavering support for the bereaved family in the time of their grief.
The service was attended by many notable personalities, including the Chairman ,Kwara PDP, Hon. Tunde Mohammed; Senator Rafiu Ibrahim; Mal.Bolaji Abdullahi,Alhaji Rasaq Lawal; Comrade Bisi Fakayode; Engr.Kola Shittu;Hon.Dare Bankole;Hon.Gbenga Makanjuola.
Others are, The MD/Editor-in-chief, National Pilot Newspaper,Alhaji Billy Adedamola;Hon. Zakari Mohammed; Alhaji Yusuph Olaniyonu; Hon. Akintoba Fatigun;Hajia Sarat Adebayo; Hon. Sikirat Anako;Hon. Chief Mrs Ebun Owolabi and Chief Margaret Abegunde among others.

The deceased was finally lowered into Earth at Chief(Sir) S.J Ashaolu compound at Odo-Owa, amidst deep mourning by his loved ones, especially the Widow, Mrs Bisi Tunde Ashaolu and other members of the family.
The late Ashaolu died on the 28th of February in Abuja, some hours after celebrating his 47th birthday.
