Customers of Sterling Bank located at Challenge area of Ilorin, Kwara State on Tuesday morning expressed their frustrations over the poor network of the financial institution’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
The customers who were on queue for about 20 minutes started grumbling when they could not carry out their transaction. Moreso that the ATMs at the EcoBank in the area were not dispensing cash as well at the time.
However, a staffer of the bank later addressed the customers and pleaded for patience.
The customers were later seen leaving the bank premises to search around for functional ATMs.
