MTN apologizes for poor service delivery

MTN Nigeria, a leading telecomunication company in the country has issued an apology statement to it’s teaming customers over poor and epileptics service delivery in the recent time.
The statements usurping from the customers desk of the company on Friday regretted any inconveniences the erratic in service delivery might have caused its customers.
“Y’ello. We apologize for slow data speeds and difficulty with accessing the internet. Please bear with us as we work to resolve the issue. Thank you,” the statement read.
Also on Saturday, MTN Nigeria issued another statements appreciating its esteem customers for their tolerance and patience over the period the disservice lasted.
“Dear Customer, Thank you for your patience. We’re glad to report that we have resolved all issues with our internet service. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
Its is disheartened that in the last few weeks now, there has been a downturn in the networks performance of the MTN Nigeria, a situation that has disenfranchise it’s customers from enjoying a good and affordable service delivery.
Recall that MTN Nigeria is part of the MTN Group, Africa’s leading cellular telecommunication company. In 2001, MTN became the first GSM network to make a call following the globally candied Nigeria GSM auction conducted by the Nigeria Communications Commission(NCC).
MTN paid $285 million for one of four GSM licenses in Nigeria. To date, in excess of US $ 1.8 billion has been invested building mobile telecommunications infrastructure in the country.
The company provides services in 223 cities and town across the country, spanning the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The company’s digital microwave transmission backbone , the 3,400 kilometre Y’elloBahn was launched in 2003 and is expected to be the most extensive digital microwave transmission infrastructure in all Africa.
