KWACOED, ILORIN wears new look

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the management of Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin has continued in its developmental strides.
One of the latest effort is the construction of a fountain to add to the beauty and aesthetics of the school premises.
The construction was carried out by a team led by Dr Zakariyau Adebayo Bello, the lead Artist
Others are Mallam Abdulgafar Alaro and the HMO,Tertiary Institutions Students Health Insurance Program(TISHIP) Coordinator, Mr Oyinbo David among others mainly products and students of the College.
In appreciation of a job well done, the Provost Prof. AbdulRaheem Yusuf organized a small feast for all those behind the construction of the new water fountain in front of the College clinic.
The team leader that poured encomium on the Provost, Prof AbdulRaheem Yusuf, for giving them the opportunity to showcase their talents.
The Dean of the School of Arts and Social Sciences, Dr. Alhassan Seriki Bolaji appreciated the Provost for his initiatives which has led to the discovery of talents in the College.
The Provost waxing philosophically in the words of former American President Barack Obama of said “what is wrong with College of Education, Ilorin can be corrected by what is right with the College.”
He promised to continue to look inwards in his efforts to make the College great.
