Married couples have again been charged to be faithful and strive to live a holy life to build an egalitarian society.
Speaking on the theme: “God concept of marriage?” at the Family Week of Victory Gospel Church of Christ, Ilorin, Reverend Wale Areola called on couples to eschew vices that could destroy the family, the society and the nation.
Reverend Areola who is the Minister in charge of Jesus Family Friends International Ministry urged Nigerians to live a godly life worthy of emulation by the coming generation.
The cleric described marriage as an institution ordained by God, calling on the family to continue to be prayerful.
He charged husbands to honour their wives imploring wives also to respect their husbands to ensure a peaceful homes.
Reverend Areola noted that a peaceful home would ensure a peaceful and orderly society and nation.
The cleric called on Nigerians to pray to God to strength the peaceful co-existence being experienced in the country.
Earlier, Reverend Emmanuel Adeosun implored the people to use their gift wisely and for the glory of God.
