Superstar singer Davido has confirmed that D’banj gave him a Rolex in 2014, adding that he (Davido) never signed anything.
D’banj had on Spindle Magazine’s artist on artist session said:
“I remember in 2014 when I went back to Nigeria, some young boy who used to work for me brought an artiste to me and said he wanted me to sign the artiste. I remember we gave the artiste a Rolex as a signing-on fee. I signed the artiste and then I got a call later on and they said the parents of the artiste wanted to meet with me, so I went and they said ‘please I want my boy to go to school’. And to look at today that the boy I’m talking about is one of the biggest artistes out of this generation, which is Davido.”
Responding to a Twitter user requesting confirmation of the statement, Davido said: “Yea he actually did gave me my first Rolex but I never signed anything! He paved the way for me any day.“

The DMW boss who was scheduled to perform at a show in Colorado Friday night had to cancel due to some problems.
He took to snapchat where he wrote “Damn they almost Dammy kraned me smh”… followed by an apology for missing his show which he promises to make up for his fans.
Embattled Nigerian musician, Dammy Krane regained his freedom at last as he has been cleared of the crimes he was arrested for back in June 2017.
He was dischared and the case was officially closed.
Dammy Krane was arrested and charged on June 2, 2017 for theft, credit card and identity fraud in Miami. He was released a few days after he pleaded not guilty to the charges and met his bail condition that was set at $7,500.
