Law Union and Rock Insurance PLC wishes to notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the appointment of Mr. Olasupo Sogelola as the Executive Director.
The statement signed by the Company Secretary and Head of Legal unit, Stan Chikwendu stressed that the appointment has been approved by the national insurance commission.
It further stated that Mr Sogelola is an accomplished executive who has over the years proven himself as a visionary leader and a business strategist.
According to the statement the new Executive Director has spanned for over two decades.
