Sterling Bank customers stranded over poor network
No fewer than 30 customers of Sterling Bank PLC were on Monday stranded as a result of bad network.
The frustrated customers seen on queues in the banking hall, lamented their plight as they could not make cash transactions.
A customer who wanted to make transfer of N40,000 to a First Bank account, lamented to our reporter that the transaction wasn’t successful, adding that he was asked to come back the next day .
Meanwhile, bank customers at First bank ATM point at the Sawmill branch in Ilorin experienced frustration on Tuesday as the machines did nor function between 8:34am and 10am.
