The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Holding Company PLC ( NAHCO), Mr. Norbert Bielderman has submitted to the company notice of his resignation.
Mr. Bielderman who gave three months notice would formally disengage from the company on 28th September, 2017
The CEO who joined NAHCO Aviance in 2010 was appointed the Executive Director Operations on December 6th 2013 and named acting MD/CEO in October 2014
The company also has other changes after it board meeting such retirement of Dr. Faruk Umar from the board and his replacement with Sir, Sunny Nwosu
The board has also approved the appointment of Mrs. Folashade Ode as the new acting CEO of the company.
