Tyson Fury storms ring in furious tirade

Hughie Fury came up short in his first attempt at the heavyweight world title after losing out to Joseph Parker on the judges’ scorecards last night.

The 23-year-old attempted to emulate cousin Tyson’s victory over Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015 looking to frustrate Parker with his jab-and-move game plan.

Kiwi WBO champion Parker cut a frustrated figure at times, being forced to chase the elusive Fury in an intriguing clash of styles at the Manchester Arena.

But he paid the price for his cautious approach after two judges ruled in favour of 25-year-old Parker, with a third scoring the fight level, to ensure the belt would remain in the hands of the champion.
