This is to notify the Nigeria Stock Exchange and the general public that the board of JaiZ bank has appointed Mr. Abdulfatah Olanrewaju Amoo as the Executive Director, Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the bank.
This is contained in a statement signed by the company secretary and legal Adviser, Rukayat Salaudeen and made available to the public.
It further stated that the appointment is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
