The Transnational Corporation of Nigeria PLC (Transcorp) wishes to notify the Nigeria Stock Exchange on the closure period, which will commence from October 11, 2017 to October 29, 2017.
The Group Company secretary, Helen Iwuchukwu made the notice in a statement signed and made available to the press.
It added that all insiders of the company should be duly informed about the development.
