Why Kiss Daniel quit record label, G-Worldwide

Kiss Daniel recently announced he is quitting record label, G-worldwide, putting an end to his 5-year contract.
He also announced starting his own label, Fly Boy I.n.c. soon.
According to report, both Kiss Daniel and Emperor Geezy were reached out to by LIB but both refused to say much on the issue.
However, it was gathered that Kiss Daniel may be opting out of his 5-year contract with Emperor Geezy, having spent only 4 years due to financial constraint.
Also, he was also banned from collaborating with other artistes in the industry, except his record label mates. Recall that his debut album ‘New Era’ released in 2016 had no collaborations apart from fellow label mate, Sugarboy.
He revealed in an interview in 2016 interview that, “I’m signed to a record label and the management for now only allows me to collaborate with in-house artistes Dj Shabsy and Sugarboy. Maybe later I’ll do songs with other artistes but for now it’s out of it”.
The singer had no freedom whatsoever to grant unauthorised interviews with the media. He was once asked about his age in an interview with Ebuka on ‘Rubbin Minds’ and his response was,“about the age stuff, my team are putting out a press release on that. For now, I would love not to say anything because its more than how old I am.”
Colleagues in the industry and his fans have said a lot about his freedom but the singer had no choice but to stay.
