Emulate Prophet Muhammad life style”, cleric tasks Muslims

The Imam, Sheikh Kamaldeen Al-Adabiy Central mosque, Agbo Oba, Ahmad Rufai on Friday charged Muslims to emulate the lifestyle of Prophet Muhammed (SAW) in order to live a meritorious life.
The imam said this during the sermon (Khutba) shortly before the Juma’at service, adding that the Prophet during his lifetime was an epitome f mercy and goodness which he demonstrated by helping fellow Muslims and non-Muslims around him.
Rufai said that Allah (SWT) did not send Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to us about Islam alone but to perfect the character and how to relate and interact with everyone irrespective of their faith.
He said the Prophet (SAW) who was born during the attack on the Kaaba by the polytheistic in the month of Robiu Awwal was always ready to render assistance to the needy among his peoples and others who come in contact with him.
“Prophet Muhammad (SAW) the best human among the Kuraish, his people, and the whole of mankind. He was always ready to help his people and the people that came his way.
While calling on the congregation to exhibit goodness right from the family front, the Imam said the Prophet (SAW) picked up the work of God at the age of forty and first delivered the message of Allah to his family before he spread it to the world.
He said Allah’s apostle first dreamt that he will be sent as a messenger to people to convene the message of Allah to mankind.
“After the dream, he was at the place where he use to pray to God and archangel Jibril appeared to him and asked him to read
“Prophet was scared he ran home and told his wife and she gave him encouragement that Allah who gave him the task will not forsake him.”
