Customers of both First Bank and Guarantee Trust Bank have commended the financial institutions for improved network services at both banks.
Recall that last week customers of both banks complained bitterly over the poor service experienced inside the bank hall as well as at the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) gallery.
At the First Bank, Unity branch, customers were seen discussing on the improved network service of the bank. It was noticed that customers were attended to swiftly at the counter likewise those who were collecting their Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards. There was no delay of customers at the bank.
At GTBank Ibrahim Taiwo road branch, few customers were seen at the ATM gallery. Customers inside the bank were attended to without any delay.
