Stakeholders warn Obuh off Kwara Utd bench
The Kwara State Football Stakeholders has given an ultimatum to the management of Kwara United FC to heed the clarion call to sack the Technical Adviser of the team, Coach John Obuh with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement signed by Chairman of the forum, Alhaji Lanre Jaji, copy of which was made available to Pilot Sports.
Jaji alleged in the statement that the management is not proactive in dealing with the issue while the continued stay of the coach showed that the management has lost touch with the required managerial skills to deal with the impeding issues of taking the team out of relegation.
He warned the management on the calamity that will befall the team if urgent action is not pronounced to sack the coach, who lacks technical ability to retain the premier league status.
Jaji however implored the management to employ a seasoned coach with high technical knowledge to bring the club back to winning ways.
He further warned the club not to allow Obuh around the club bench when they host El-Kanemi of Maiduguri on Sunday.
Kwara United is currently at the bottom of NPFL table with 10 points after 12 games.
