Bank customers in Ilorin, Kwara State lamented as Automated Teller Machine of GTbank located at Al-Hikimah University along Apalara road, Ilorin, malfunction, on Wednesday.
Pilot Business discovered that the machine went off and reboot at random thereby seizing ATM cards inserted into the machine.
The development led to a situation whereby customers had to wait long hours to make cash transaction.
One of the victims who approached the security to complain that his card got stucked in the machine was directed to write the bank office located along Ibrahim Taiwo road Ilorin.
