 Nigeria National League kicks off March 31

 

After series of postponement, the Nigeria National League, NNL is set to finally commence on Saturday, March 31, 2018.
The commencement date was before now scheduled in the first week of March but the administrators of the league explained that pressing developments meant their earlier timetable was no longer feasible.
The Chief Operating Officer of NNL, Mr. Lawrence Katken, who disclosed this said registration date for the season has also been extended and will now end on Friday, the 23rd March, 2018.
According to Katken, clubs who fail to meet the registration requirements risk disqualification from participating in the League.
The forty clubs in the 2018 League have been abridged into four divisions of A1, A2, B1 and B2 with ten teams in each group.
The best two teams will qualify from the divisions to make a Super 8 that will contest in a neutral ground for tickets into the Nigeria Professional Football League.
