The Kwara Government has announced the resumption date for the third term of the 2017/18 academic session even as it directed the closure of all schools yesterday.
According to a statement released from the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Maryam Garba, all public and private schools were directed to resume for the 3rd term on Monday 23rd April, 2018.
The statement added that any private or public school found to be contravening the directive shall be appropriately sanctioned.
In another development, principals and head teachers have been asked to collect the schedule of registration for enrolment into secondary schools from the Quality Assurance Bureau zonal offices as registration closes on Monday April 16, 2018.
