The recent performance of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Kwara United FC has been attributed to the timely change of the former technical crew headed by Coach John Obuh.
This was said in a statement signed by the Chairman, Kwara Football Stakeholders Forum, Alhaji Lanre Jaji a copy of which was made available to Pilot Sports on Wednesday.
Jaji praised the players, officials and management for their efforts to redeem the battered image of the football club in recent time.
The chairman stressed that the mid-season is an ample opportunity for Coach Bala Abubakar to strengthen the team with reliable strikers in order to solve the team’s goal drought problem.
The statement however urged the management to ensure the prompt payment to the team so as to continue to do well in their subsequent matches.
Jaji equally advised the supporters and fans of the team not to relent in their effort and prayer to make the club one of the best in the professional league.
