Man City plots domination with £50m Zaha swoop
After winning the Premier League title this season, Manchester City appears to be searching for even more success, as according to The Mirror, the club is closing in on a £50 million move for Crystal Palace’s Wilfred Zaha.
Pep Guardiola is looking to strengthen his side before the start of next season and 25-year-old Zaha has been the Eagles’ standout performer in the just ended campaign with a number of goals and assists to his name. The winger is in the form of his career having helped mastermind Palace’s great escape under former England manager Roy Hodgson.
City had previously been linked with Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez, but it now looks as if they’ve turned their attention to the Ivory Coast international after taking his impressive season into account.
Many of the City fans are already celebrating the imminent signing of the Ivorian with the believe that his arrival will secure another league title for the club.
