I quitted bank job for fashion designing – CEO, Ciraboth Int’l Limited
The passion to become an employer of labour made the Chief Executive Officer of Ciraboth International Limited Mr. Olotu Abiodun Aburumaku to dump his lucrative bank job for fashion designing business.
He explained that the propelling force for his enterprise is the need to clothe people through modest clothing.
“My kind of business is to proffer solutions to indecent dressing in the society as everyone needs to be responsible enough to cover their nakedness,” the entrepreneur pointed out.
According to him, he started learning the trade about two decades ago while in secondary school.
He said, “All I did as apprentice is to get fabrics from people and give it to my boss to sew and share the proceeds with my boss and I became popular among customers.”
Aburumaku described white collar job as modernised slavery as employers will never allow their employees to reach their financial target in the society.
He stressed that with white collar jobs, one’s commitment to service and time is controlled coupled with the poor salary.
He urged youths to identify pressing needs in the society to start whatever small business that can bring income.
On the challenges faced in his business, he said getting competent staff to meet his standard of production and power supply, are major problems affecting his enterprise, while calling on government to address the issue appropriately.
The CEO said the quality of services and timely delivery have given him edge over others.
He disclosed that his outfit produce socks, uniform, cardigan, sport wears among others, to schools aside other jobs for clients.
