Bayern Munich is entertaining the possibility of pursuing RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner, according to Bild.
With uncertainty looming over Robert Lewandowski’s future, the Bundesliga champions are preparing for life without the Poland international and have apparently identified Werner as the ideal candidate to lead the line.
However, the asking price may well turn out to be a stumbling block as Leipzig will demand around £100m for the 22-year-old.
