Linking Oro to robbers, total embarrassment – Oloro

Speaking on the development, the Oloro of Oro, Oba AbdulRafiu Ajiboye Oyelaran II expressed his displeasure over the statement credited to the five suspects describing it as a big insult and embarrassment.
“Since the issue came up, movement with my car has been restricted, particularly I had to cover my number plate to save myself the ridicule and embarrassment owing to conspicuous display of my customised number plate.”
“Oro people are globally known for our trade expertise which we inherited from our fathers and each of them excelled in their enterprise. We have never been tagged with thief or banditry and we will not allow anybody to dent our image in the name of co-habiting with the community”, Oloro said.
Oba Oyelaran equally exonerated the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki from having any link with the armed robbers even as he charged the police against politicising the issue.
“The Bukola Saraki that I know is a good and philanthropic individual. Why would he indulge in sponsoring bandits? To me, he has no basis for that”.
He called on politicians to eschew politics of bitterness and hate speech.
