Customers of Union Bank, Challenge branch, Ilorin, Kwara State on Tuesday expressed frustration over inability to carry out transaction via the Automated Teller Machines (ATM).
The machines malfunctioned seizing ATM cards, debiting customers’ account without dispensing cash.
Pilot Business observed that some of the customers who complained to the security personnel on duty, were directed to the banking hall.
A staff of the bank later addressed the customers, saying that the bank is aware of their problem and getting it sorted out.
