Christians urged to rely on God at all times

 

Christians have again been charged to rely on God the only miracle worker for solutions to all their life challenges.

A Cleric, Prophet Gideon Adeoye gave the charge today in his sermon delivered at the service of songs anniversary of Seraphim Singers of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Ilorin District Headquarters.

Prophet Adeoye who spoke on the theme “Onise Ara” called on Christians to worship only the living God to receive extra ordinary breakthrough.

The Cleric implored them to use their talents effectively to praise and worship God.

Speaking on the theme: ‘Destiny Helpers’, the Minister in charge of Second ECWA, Shao, Reverend Joseph Agboluaje explained that every man was born for a purpose and also have responsibility to play in the world.

Reverend Agboluaje noted that God packaged life in such a way that each needs one another urging the people not to die as a lone ranger but discover their destiny Helpers to achieve their purpose in life.

Similarly, Christians have again been charged to listen and seek for divine direction before taking any step.

A Cleric; Reverend Idowu Ibitoye of Unity Baptist Church, off Unity road, Ilorin in his message titled “the angelic Ministry” called on Christians to give their life to Christ.

Reverend Ibitoye who is the Secretary of the State CAN advised Christians to be holy and leave life worthy of emulation.

Pastor Taiye Aransiola of United Evangelical Miracle Church Off Yidi Road Ilorin who swelled on the Topic ‘spiitual fitness” challenged Christians to be spiritually fit to overcome flesh, the world and all the lusts thereof.

Pastor Aransiola stressed the need for Christians to overcome the devil and all the gate of hell to have the good fight of faith.

Also speaking on the topic “Arise Oh Lord” Pastor Adeoti Raphael of ECWA Church, Idofin Ayekale emphasised the need for Nigerians to pray fervently to God for the Nation to overcome its present challenges.

Prophet Peter Oladipo of the C & S Movement Church,  lpetu-lgbomina appealed to Nigerians to tolerate their differences no matter how highly placed in the society to sustain the current peaceful environment to facilitate more achievements.

Pastor Abioye Aremu of the Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible Ministry, Amayo emphasised the need for Christians to eschew evil acts and do good to their neighbours.

Pastor ldowu Constain of the New Life Holy Trinity Chapel Gaa-Akanbi called on those in position of authority to let the fear of God be their guide in their aspirations to enable them succeed.
