Frustration as customers endured 2hrs wait for First Bank ATMs to function

Bank customers on Tuesday experienced frustration as the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of First Bank, Unity branch, Ilorin, Kwara State did not dispense cash.
The customers stayed on queue for about two hours between 8am and 10am while bank officials tried loading cash into the machine.
The customers numbering about 50 were heard grumbling over the development, as they could not make transactions.
Some of the customers who spoke to our reporter said they had no money on them hence reason they had to endure the long wait.
It took exactly two hours for one of the ATM to start dispensing money, which caused chaotic situation as the customers defy the queue and struggled to make their transactions.
A staffer of the situation was seen appealing to the customers to be orderly, assuring that other machines would start functioning.
