The Kwara State Government has regretted the inconveniences caused parents and students by the delay in the release of the 2018 result of the National Examinations Council (NECO).
In a statement released at the weekend by the Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Balikisu Oniyangi, the state government assured education stakeholders that measures are being put in place to prevent a reoccurrence.
The statement reads; “Kwara State Government regretted the inconveniences caused parents and students by the delay and assured that the state government has taken measures to prevent a reoccurrence.
NECO recently released the results of students who sat for NECO June/July 2018Examination in Kwara State.
The results were released following the resolution of technical issues and the payment of outstanding fees of N27m by the Kwara State Government
