NNL: ABS FC ‘ll bounce back – Chukwuemeka
The Director of Football, Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS FC, Ilorin) Alloy Chukwuemeka has assured the team’s supporters that the club will soon overcome its challenges.
ABS, who is competing at ongoing the 2018 Nigeria National League have not find their fit in the league, following their dangerous position on the log of the league table.
ABS is now battling with relegation, which has really become a major concern for its supporters and lover of sports in the state.
The club’s Technical Adviser, Coach Tunde partway last week after the club and former Kwara United handler agreed on mutual concept.
The club director of football in statement said, “It is just some minor artificial challenges peculiar to our football environment in Nigeria, so far we are on top of it and it will soon be over.
“The Club is built on a solid structure that supports and sustains football development and growth.
“Our achievements over the last ten years are clear indications that the vision of the owners of the club has been greatly achieved, as lots of Nigeria youths have benefitted from the club to build their careers in football and education.
“We have not only produced players plying their trades in many clubs both locally and internationally, including the National teams, we also ensured that some of them are supported, got educated and graduated from universities and polytechnics.
“Special commendation to the proprietor of the club SP Dr. Bukola Saraki for creating the platform to help Nigeria youths and to develop the game of football, we urge other leaders to emulate him”, he said.
