Customers of Union Bank along Challenge area of Ilorin, the Kwara State capital lamented the non-functioning of the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on Tuesday.
Findings by Pilot Business revealed that only one out of the four machines was dispensing cash at the time of the visit of this medium.
A customer who appears to be in need of cash went to one of the ATM that was not dispensing cash slotted his card after typing his password few minutes discovered that the card was hanging inside the machine.
The customer stood at the front of the machine for about seven minutes before the card came out without dispens.
The security personnel who was standing around the premise of the machine was seen saying it’s network problem.
