The Flying Antelops rallied back from three goals down to win the encounter 4-3 on penalties.
It was the Enugu club first title since 1983 and the first under head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote.
Pillars took the lead in the fifth minute through Rabiu Ali who unleashed a powerful into the net from outside the box.
