4,500 players, officials to storm Erinle for Moje YUSFON U-13/U-18 tourney 

 

All roads will lead to Erinle Community in Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State as no fewer than 4,500 players across the 36 states of the federation will storm the community this weekend for the first edition of Moje National YUSFON U-13 Boys/U-18 Girls Soccer Competition.
The national tournament scheduled to kick off on Saturday, November 24 to December 1st, 2018 is being organised by Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON), Kwara State Chapter.
Speaking on Wednesday ahead of the kick off date, the state Chairman of YUSFON, Prince Ademola Kiyesola said the community is ready to host over 4000 players and officials.
He said, “It is a community programme and the Erinle Community have tried to put a lot of things in place, we intend making it a sort of carnival and I’m assuring you that we can comfortably and conveniently take 30 states for this particular programme.
“The accommodation is scattered in the nooks and crannies of the community. The LOC are seriously working in putting all necessary things in place to make it a memorable programme for the town and national YSFON.
“The programme will start on Saturday with the screening documentation while the proper will commence on Sunday morning by 7pm and the competition will kick start by 2pm,” Kiyesola said.
The YSFON chairman noted that the competition will boost the economics activities of the community, as he thanked Elerin of Erinle, Oba Abdulganiyu Ajibola, Olusokunll and Alhaji Muritala Awolola for their support.
According to him, the tournament will feature U-13 boys and U-18 female category respectively.
