A seminar for intending Christian pilgrims will hold on Tuesday (tomorrow), in preparation for their airlif to Jerusalem.
The seminar, which is meant to sensitise pilgrims, is organised by the state Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Executive Secretary of the board, Mr. Anthony Gana Abu and made available to this medium.
According to the statement, the seminar which will hold at the ECWA IDCC event hall, Ilorin will be declared opened by the state Deputy Governor, Elder Peter Kisira.
It stated that the programme is intended to prepare the intending pilgrims mentally, physically and spiritually for the pilgrimage.
“It will also educate them on their personal conduct while in the Holy Land,” the statement added..
The statement stressed that the seminar is mandatory for all registered intending pilgrims, urging them to be punctual for the programme, which will commence by 8:30am.
