Makanjuola meets Kwara south stakeholders, canvasses votes for PDP

Deputy Governorship candidate of the PDP in Kwara State, Hon. Gbenga Makanjuola on Sunday urged Kwarans not to be discouraged by the loss of the last Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The two term House of Representatives member who is the current Deputy Chief of Staff to the Senate President, made the plea in Irepodun Local Government during a meeting with stakeholders of Kwara South senatorial district.
The would-be-Deputy Governor was in Omun-Aran to reenergize the Kwara South people to mobilise votes for the Governorship and House of Assembly candidates of the PDP.
Makanjuola said that the only way Kwarans could assist to sustain the good leadership and promote people-oriented programmes was to come out en mass on March 9 and vote for Razak Atunwa.
He pleaded with the people to reflect on the numerous achievements of Saraki in the state and support his leadership.
The parliamentarian said Saraki remain the only leader in Kwara with positive direction, whose love of his people takes uppermost position in his heart.
Hon. Gbenga prayed for the victory of the Governorship candidate and all PDP House of Assembly candidates in the March 9 elections.
The stakeholders, in their remarks, thanked the deputy governorship candidate and wished him and his party victory in the elections.
