Ndidi, 5 others shortlisted for PFA’s player of the Month 

 

Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has been nominated alongside five other players to be the next PFA fans player of the month of March Sportscompass reports.
The Nigeria International was selected for his amazing performance for the Foxes which see him top the Tackles chart in the English Premier League with 120 tackles and placed joint in fourth position on the Interception chart with Wolverhampton Wanderer’s midfielder, Ruben Neves with 65 interceptions.
The former Genk defensive midfielder is shortlisted alongside fellow African and Liverpool striker, Sadio Mane, Raheem Sterling, Crystal Palace left-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, former Barcelona defender Lucas Digne and Jarmie Vardy.
Ndidi featured for Leicester in all their English Premier League matches played in the month of March and completing 2848 minutes of action across all matches played in this season’s English Premier league’s season.
The Nath Academy graduate joined Leicester in the winter of the 2016/2017 season from Belgian side, Genk and has scored 4 times in 81 premier league appearances for the English side.
The winner of the award would be announced when the voting process by fans end.
