The Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Kayode Egbetokun will tomorrow, address men and officers of the command on indecent acts that is destroying the image of the command.
The event is scheduled to hold 10am at the police headquarters, Ilorin.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Kwara State Police Command, DSP Ajayi Okasanmi in a chat with our reporter, yesterday, said, “The CP will be addressing pressing issues such as extortion on the highways by some unprofessional officers.”
Speaking further, he said the CP will also inform the officers on the need for them to shun every act of indiscipline.
Also expected to be discussed according to Okasanmi is the need for police officers to ensure security of lives and property and the communal clashes in the state among other pressing issues.
