In commemoration of this year’s Ramadan, the SBS Group in collaboration with the Kwara State League of Quran Memorisers is organising a Quran recitation competition for primary schools pupils, Arabic schools, Modrasat and individuals in Ilorin, the state capital.
According to a statement released by a member of the organising committee, Alfa Kamaldeen, there are lots of fabulous and consolation prizes to be won at the event.
The competition which is scheduled to start first Saturday of the Ramadan will take place at the Federal Low Cost Housing Estate, Ikwah community, Air Force base, Oloje, Ilorin.
