Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State has expressed optimism that the newly commissioned land administration Secretariat would change the state’s financial fortune if proper managed.
The Governor who dropped the hint in Ilorin when he commissioned the Secretariat, said his government initiated the land administration process to enable government exploit opportunities inherent in land.
Ahmed who expressed satisfaction over the completion of the project, explained that the land administration of the government is to remove bottlenecks surrounding collection of C of O, R of O among others.
The Governor at the commissioning of the KWASU’s Post Graduate School of Governance and Business Studies, explained that the project was part of enduring legacies of his government.
He also enjoined the incoming administration to put the structure into proper use to aid development of education and human resources.
He therefore, expressed gratitude to the state residents for the support and cooperation they accorded his government to succeed.
