Customers of First City Monument Bank, Ibrahim Taiwo road branch on Wednesday expressed frustration over epileptic network.
During a visit to the bank, Pilot Business observed that customers were made to fill cash deposit teller and dropped their money at the counter for the transaction to be done on their behalf once the network service improved.
But customers who wanted to withdraw money had the choice of either waiting or leave for other banks to carrying out their transactions.
However, some of the bank officials were seen trying to explain the situation to some customers who were angered by the development.
