Bank customers decry undue delay
Customers of Access (Diamond) Bank, Ibrahim Taiwo branch, Ilorin,
Kwara State have lamented what they described as slow service rendered
at the financial institution.
Our reporter who was at the bank on Wednesday observed that the
banking hall was filled to capacity with customers who were there to
carry out transaction.
It was also observed that the bank does not admit deposit slips which
slowed down the processes.
According to the bank’s policy, customers are expected to provide
information verbally at the counter. The aged and the unlettered
customers who were not accustomed to the policy contributed to the
delay in the process.
The customers were seen grumbling as the delay persisted.
