Banks customers on Tuesday expressed frustration over the faulty Automated Teller Machines (ATM) of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Oja Oba branch, Ilorin, Kwara State.
The customers lamented that their accounts were debited without the machines dispensing cash after carrying out transactions.
Pilot Business observed that a customer who wanted to withdraw N26,000 received debit alert from his account while the machine did not dispense the money.
He complained to the security personnel stationed at the ATM gallery and was advised to lay formal complaint at the Customers Care Unit in the banking hall.
