Esther emerges 1st female head of house

On Monday, there was the third head of house challenge of the BBNaija 2019 edition.
The challenge was quite different from the usual head of house challenges, it was challenging and also seems quite interesting.
First of all, Biggie asked the housemates to leave the house and stay in the garden and had the doors of the house locked by the Ninjas. They were in the garden for a few hours before Biggie opened it back for them to go in. While they were in the garden, he assigned Ninjas to drop some cards at different locations in the house. Afterwards, after the house door was opened for them to go in, he asked the housemates to look for the cards hidden at different locations and memorise the numbers on the cards with the location each card was found. After that, which was the first segment of the challenge, they moved to the arena on Biggie’s instruction and they were provided with sheets of paper and pens so they could write down what they had memorised earlier.
But before writing, Big Brother asked them to dance to the music that was playing in the background. This was a strategy to distract them and make them forget what they had memorised and also to test their IQ to see who would forget after the dance and who would remember.
After dancing for a while, Biggie called out a number and asked them to write down the location they found it. Mercy was the first person to fail the challenge as she dropped in the first stage because she got her answer wrong.
They went on another round of dancing, after that, Tuoyo was disqualified from the game because he was having side talks with Omashola.
They continued the dance and after each round of dance, one housemate dropped for getting the wrong answer. Their numbers kept dropping until 5 people made it to the final stage. The five finalists are Seyi, Esther, Omashola, Ike, Jackye and Gedoni. At the end of the day, the last man standing became the head of house.
Well, luck did not just shine on Esther, but she also proved to be smart, intelligent and with a high IQ as she beat the other 17 housemates and won the challenge as the last woman standing.
Big Brother announced and pronounced her not just the new head of house, but also the first female head of house of the 2019 edition of the show. Excitement and joy was written all over her as other housemates rejoiced with her and congratulated her.

Mike’s wife starts campaign for him on social media

BBNaija housemate Mike’s wife, Perri Shakes-Drayton, has been his biggest supporter ever since the show began.
The housemate’s wife has been campaigning for support for her husband on her social media platforms.
Now that her husband is up for eviction, Perri has gone into full battle mode as she continues to campaign for her man. Before entering the Big Brother Naija house, the first thing 2019 housemate Mike announced when he was introduced to the audience is that he is a married man.
He was extra devoted to his wife as she is his biggest supporter.
In a bid to campaign for votes for her husband, now that he is up for eviction, the lady took to social media to share a video of herself talking to her husband’s fans. She urged them to vote for him. Perri stated that she is not ready for her husband to come back home. She expressed wish for her husband to be able to see what she sees on the screen. According to her, he is being friendly with people in the house, but many of them do not support him as a friend.

Gedoni speaks on why he cried for Kim

Last Sunday, two other housemates, Ella and KimOprah were evicted from the Big Brother house.
This came as a surprise once again to Nigerians and even the housemates as no one expected Biggie to evict any housemate on Sunday since Isilomo and Avala were evicted just 1 week into the show. They also never thought two people would be evicted again just one week after evicting the first two.
When Ella and KimOprah got evicted, they bade their goodbyes to the other housemates and there were some emotions and hugs here and there, but the most emotional person was Gedoni.
When Kim got evicted, he cried so much and one would think there was more to it. In fact many people actually felt there was more to it. Some people even said KimOprah was Gedoni’s ex.
Even the housemates wondered why he felt so attached to her and had to cry that much. So, while Mercy and Diane were both lying in bed, Gedoni was chatting with them and he explained why he cried over Kim’s eviction.
He said when he was low on coins, it was only Kim who came up to him and asked what was going on. She asked him how many coins he had and he said he had just 17 coins and then she said she was going to make it up to become 100.
According to him, nobody else cared except Kim and that was the reason he got all emotional when she was leaving.

If Tacha gets evicted, I’ll kill myself – Fan

BBNaija pepper dem housemate, Tacha, is still raking in a lot of attention and fans despite being the most nominated housemate for eviction.
A die-hard fan of the Instagram celebrity took to his twitter handle to tweet the words “If Tacha gets evicted, I’ll kill myself”.
Tacha is up for the nomination once again in week 3 of the season, raking in 4 votes from Jackye, Omashola, Mike, and Thelma.
A lot of fans are afraid that her proud and arrogant attitude on the show might get her evicted this time around. Thus the fears of this avid fan that caused to tweets.
