Join politics to make impact – Kwara Dep Gov urges Christians

The Kwara State Deputy Governor, Mr Kayode Alabi has urged Christians to join politics to make impact and contribute their quota to the development of the state and the nation.
Alabi gave the charge yesterday while speaking at the Special Church service of the C A C Achiever’s Assembly, Igosun road, Offa.
The Deputy Governor, who recounted his experience and his coming into politics, appealed to believers not to see politics as a dirty game but an opportunity to change the society for the better.
Alabi pledged to use his position to serve God and humanity even as he called on the people to be humble and believe that with God, all things are possible.
The Deputy Governor implored the people to join hands with the government in the task of fixing the state and making life meaningful for the citizenry.
Earlier, the Minister in charge of the Church, Pastor Samuel Olukosi urged Christians to have strong faith in God and His ability to do all things and the impossible.
Speaking on the topic “With God all things are possible”, Pastor Olukosi admonished them to always be obedience and give thanks to receive abundant blessing from God.
The service was attended by the wife of the Deputy Governor, Mrs Tokunbo Alabi, traditional rulers and clergymen across the country.
