Two lawmakers from Kwara have emerged as chairmen of various committees as the House of Representatives named its committee members on Thursday.
A member representing Ekiti/Irepodun/Isin/Oke-Ero Federal Constituency, Hon. Tunji Olawuyi, emerged as the chairman of Emergency and Disaster Preparedness while Alhaji Cook Olododo gets the National Planning and Economic Development committee chairman.
Two other members also got the vice chairman positions.
Abubakar Ndakene of Edu, Patigi and Moro Federal Constituency emerged as the vice chairman of FOI Reform of Government Institutions Committee while Ibrahim Tijani of Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency also got the vice chairmanship of the Electoral Matters committee.
