Frustration made me opt for entrepreneurship – CEO, Shina Creation
Mallam Hassan Adeshina, is the Chief Executive Officer of Shina Creations, an industry that specialises in productuon of shoes, bags and belt among other fashion accessories.
He revealed that the business idea was conceptualised out of frustration of seeking white collar job.
“After obtaining my first degree some years ago, I couldn’t withstand the stress of going about from one office to another to submit my Curriculum Vitae. I became frustrated and decided to think outside the box.
“That was when I started my business and customising my products made me popular among other competitors in the market,” he added.
According to him, “What makes our service unique lies in offering top notch quality to people at affordable prices. We also train people to become their own boss. This has made us standout.”
The CEO, therefore, urged youths to explore the creativity in them and not rely on white collar job.
He stressd: “White collar job is good but not situable in a country like ours where salaries remain unpaid for a long period of time in both government establishments and corporate organisations.
” Entrepreneurship is definitely the way out in this 21st century as you can determine the expansion plans of your business to avoid being overworked and finally dumped in the name of white collar job.”
