Anderlecht eye January move for City defender

Manchester City defender, Jason Denayer could return to former club Anderlecht in January, with the Belgian giants reportedly interested in adding the player, currently on loan at Galatasaray.
A host of Turkish news sources including Sporx report that the Belgian giants, who are third in their league and 7 points behind leaders Club Brugge, have already made an approach to explore the feasibility of a deal.
Denayer turned down a host of clubs in the summer transfer window for a second loan move to the Türk Telekom Stadi, where he enjoyed an impressive spell in the 2015-16 season.
However, his second stint in Istanbul hasn’t gone to plan so far, with Galatasaray topping the Süper Lig under Igor Tudor with the 22-year-old only playing a bit-part role.
Denayer has started only 6 of Galatasaray’s 15 league games, although he did feature for 80 minutes and picked up his first assist of the season in their 4-2 win over Akhisar Belediyespor on Saturday, suggesting he may still have a role to play this season.
