Aribo on target in Rangers’ huge win

Super Eagles midfielder, Joe Aribo scored his 5th league goal of the campaign as runaway champions Glasgow Rangers continued their dominance in the SPL with a 5-0 win over Ross County.
Following their 1-1 draw away at Motherwell last weekend, manager Steven Gerrard made few changes to his side with Leon Balogun dropping to the bench whilst Joe Aribo kept his place in the starting XI.
The hosts however wasted no time to lay down their marker as they took the lead inside six minutes when Morelos found Ryan Kent before the England forward turned home for 1-0.
James Tavernier then missed a golden opportunity to double the host lead from 12 yards before Filip Helander spared his blushes when he finished off a Borna Barisisc assist to make it 2-0 to the host.
Aribo then made it 3-0 just before the break but further strikes from Substitutes Ryan Jack and another from Connor Goldson ensured the host won comfortably on the night to open up an incredible 23 points ahead of second-place Celtic who have played 3 games less.
Aribo, who featured for 62 minutes, had a game rating of 7.6, completed 79% of his passes, won 7 duels, completed 4 of his 6 dribbles, and also made one key tackle.
