The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari leaves Ilorin en route Lagos to the Kingdom of Morocco.
A statement by the Emir’s spokesman, Alhaji Soliu Woru Mohammed who doubles as the Magaji Nda of Ilorin adds that the Monarch during his stay will attend the annual Ramadan Tafsir-l-Quran alongside the King of Morocco.
The Emir who is billed to stay in Morrocco for a period ten days will join other notable world Muslim leaders for a special supplication for peace, continued growth and stability of the world.
The monarch urges residents of Ilorin Emirate, Kwara in particular and Nigeria at large to remain law abiding and imbibe the lessons of tolerance, charity and goodwill embedded in the Ramadan fast.
